INTERNATIONAL STANDARD FOR THE REGISTRATION OF PAPERS WITH OR WITHOUT WATERMARKS, VERSION 2.1 (2012), Version 2.1.1 (2013)
Version 2.1.1 (2013) is identical with 2.1 (2012) but contains an updated Addendum 2 (international automobile codes) and Appendix IA (INDEX OF WATERMARK CLASSES AND SUBCLASSES, ILLUSTRATED) in six languages.The IPH Registration Standard ensures the registration of all historical and modern papers and paper items, with or without watermarks. Therefore some criteria are defined which apply to single paper types only.
The IPH Registration Standard is both, a technical standard of normalized criteria as well as a standard defining criteria and paper or watermark types, fixing their name and specification in the most important languages, in order to ensure the international compatibility of the paper data.
Diese Norm soll gewährleisten, das gesamte Spek-trum historischer und moderner Papiere oder Papierobjekte mit oder ohne Wasserzeichen zu erfassen. Deshalb ist die Einführung von Kriterien notwendig, die nur auf einzelne Papierarten zutreffen.
Diese Norm versteht sich einerseits als technische Norm zur Vereinheitlichung der Datenerfassung. Andererseits will sie die verwendeten Begriffe wie auch die Typen definieren und ihre Bezeichnungen in den wichtigsten Sprachen eindeutig festhalten, um die Vergleichbarkeit der Daten im weltweiten Austausch zu gewährleisten.
La norme IPH doit assurer l'intégration de tous les papiers ou objets faits de papier, his toriques ou modernes, avec ou sans filigranes.
Pour cette raison, il faut aussi appliquer des critères se référant uniquement à un type spécifique de papier.
Cette norme se considère aussi bien être une norme technique, avec le but de normaliser les données, qu'une norme définissant les termes et les types, fixant leurs dénominations en plusieurs langues, assurant ainsi l'exactitude de l'échange des données sur le plan international de l'internet.
La Norma per la Registrazione IPH garantisce la registrazione di tutte le carte storiche e moderne e degli oggetti di carta, con o senza filigrane. Di conseguenza vengono definiti alcuni criteri che si applicano solamente a specifici tipi di carta.
La Norma per la Registrazione IPH è sia uno standard tecnico di regole normalizzate, sia una norma che definisce criteri e tipi di carta o di filigrana, che fissa il loro nome e le specifiche nelle lingue più importanti, al fine di garantire la compatibilità internazionale dei dati sulla carta.
Las Normas de Registro del IPH aseguran el registro de todos los papeles históricos, modernos y piezas de papel con o sin filigranas. Por lo tanto algunos criterios que se definen se aplicaran solamente a tipos de papel individuales. Las Normas de Registro del IPH son a la vez unas normas técnicas de criterios normalizados así como unos criterios de definición estándar de papel y filigranas, determinando su nombre y especificación en los idiomas más importantes con el fin de garantizar la compatibilidad internacional de los datos del papel.
